Sugar Defender Ingredients Explained
Seven ingredients are reported and only one has an amount, so the bottle label is the only reliable answer.
Check the Supplement Facts before relying on any description.
The list
A third-party review names seven ingredients: chromium, maca root extract, guarana extract, gymnema sylvestre, African mango, eleuthero and coleus forskohlii. Only chromium has a reported amount, 0.7 mcg.
Chromium and gymnema
Chromium is a mineral studied for glucose handling with mixed results, usually at amounts far above the one reported here. Gymnema is a traditional herb studied for sugar cravings and blood sugar, and it can matter with diabetes medicine.
Guarana, maca and eleuthero
Guarana is a natural caffeine source, so the product is not stimulant-free. Maca and eleuthero are adaptogens with small, mixed studies.
African mango and coleus
Both are marketed for weight and fat with limited human evidence, and coleus can matter with blood pressure medicine.
What does not add up
One source says the formula hides every dose, yet gives one. Check your bottle against our ingredients page and read the safety guide.
